Our Verdict
Casper ‑ Cart Sync is the clear choice for merchants primarily focused on improving the individual customer shopping experience and reducing cart abandonment. If a merchant has a significant number of logged-in customers and wants a simple, hands-off solution to recover lost sales, Casper is well-suited. Dropclever ‑ Agent & Produkte is likely intended for wholesale businesses, but its specific features and advantages are difficult to ascertain based on the limited information. A merchant involved in wholesale operations needs to investigate Dropclever's features further to see if it meets their unique needs. Due to the nature of Casper's clear value proposition and benefits for standard retail operations, it is recommended above DropClever given the limited information available for the latter.
