Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on selling directly to consumers (DTC) and wanting to improve their overall customer experience and reduce cart abandonment, Casper ‑ Cart Sync is the clear choice. Its seamless cart synchronization across devices offers a significant advantage in retaining customers and increasing sales. However, if a merchant's primary business model involves wholesale or B2B sales and they need to offer tiered pricing based on customer groups, then Pix B2B Wholesale Simple is the more suitable option. While it requires more configuration and only has one review, it directly addresses the specific needs of B2B wholesale operations.
