Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing ease of use and simple catalog creation to improve store navigation, Catalog Forge is the better choice. Its straightforward approach to linking products to catalogs will be beneficial for smaller stores or those with limited product variations. The setup is simple and there aren't many things to go wrong. On the other hand, Ultimate Collection Manager is more suitable for larger stores with extensive product lines needing dynamic, automated collection management. The ability to create collections based on various criteria and gain insights through analytics provides a powerful tool for data-driven optimization, but will likely have a bigger learning curve. Thus, if you want to automate everything, then Ultimate Collection Manager is better for you.
