The information provided doesn't specify if either app offers a free plan. Users should check the Shopify App Store listings for current pricing and free trial details.
Which app is better for selling physical products?
Both apps can be used to sell physical products, but they approach it differently. Catalog Maker is useful for compiling product information into a catalog, while Whatmore focuses on visually showcasing the products through video.
Which app is easier to integrate with existing social media marketing efforts?
Whatmore Shoppable Videos+Reel is explicitly designed for integrating with social media, specifically Instagram and TikTok, through auto-syncing and AI-powered product tagging. Catalog Maker lacks direct social media integration features.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, yes. A merchant could use EasyCatalog to create catalogs for wholesale clients and Whatmore to enhance the online store experience with shoppable videos for retail customers. However, careful planning would be required to avoid redundancy.
