Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with product discoverability within a large or complex catalog and are motivated to improve SEO, Categories Uncomplicated is the clear choice. The category and sub-category structure, combined with SEO metadata optimization, directly addresses these pain points. The drag-and-drop installation (for Shopify 2.0 themes) further simplifies the setup process.
Sticky Toolbar is suitable for virtually any Shopify store looking to enhance user experience and improve conversions by providing immediate access to critical functions like the shopping cart. The ease of access reduces friction in the buying process. However, the lack of reviews for Sticky Toolbar in 2026 raises concerns. Merchants should look for alternative sticky bar solutions with customer feedback before considering it.
