Our Verdict
DeskMoz ‑24x7 Live Chat Agents is suitable for Shopify merchants seeking a completely hands-off, fully managed customer support solution. The promise of 24/7 availability, omnichannel support, and backend access handling makes it appealing to businesses prioritizing excellent customer service and efficient issue resolution without dedicating internal resources. CB: Social Media Inbox+Support appears better suited for merchants who primarily handle customer support through social media and prefer a tool that centralizes those conversations. While the app has a higher review count, the lack of detailed information makes it difficult to assess its full capabilities compared to DeskMoz's comprehensive description.
