Our Verdict
Choosing between CB: Social Media Inbox+Support and Taggo: Inbox & AI Chatbot depends heavily on your specific business needs. If your Shopify store relies heavily on social media marketing and customer interaction on social platforms, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support seems like the more appropriate choice. It allows you to manage conversations and provide support directly from your social channels. On the other hand, if you receive a high volume of simple inquiries and are looking to automate your customer support process, Taggo: Inbox & AI Chatbot, with its AI chatbot integration, is likely a better fit. Its automation capabilities could significantly reduce the workload on your support team. Given the low number of reviews for both apps, further investigation of user feedback and trial periods (if available) is highly recommended before making a final decision.
