Our Verdict
While both apps share the same high rating, WAX: marketing on WhatsApp has significantly more reviews, giving it more credibility and demonstrating broader adoption. For merchants prioritizing a dedicated WhatsApp marketing strategy, including abandoned cart recovery, back-in-stock alerts, and post-purchase engagement, WAX is the clear choice. Its focus on automation and conversational flows provides a robust platform for driving sales. However, for merchants seeking a more general social media inbox and support solution (assuming CB: Social Media Inbox+Support truly delivers on this), CB could be considered, pending more user reviews and clearer feature descriptions. A larger merchant with diverse marketing needs might even employ both.
