CB: Social Media Inbox+Support vs Zimplyfor Shopify (2026)
CB: Social Media Inbox+Support and Zimply are both Shopify apps categorized as helpdesks, aiming to assist merchants with customer support. However, based on available data, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support has a significant advantage. It's positioned as a unified inbox for social media interactions and potentially other support channels, evidenced by its name. This indicates a focus on managing customer queries across various platforms, catering to merchants who actively engage with customers on social media. Zimply, on the other hand, lacks any user reviews or ratings, making its capabilities and target audience difficult to ascertain. Without any user feedback or feature details, it's impossible to determine its strengths or unique selling points. The lack of initial traction suggests it may be a newer app or one that hasn't resonated with users thus far. The presence of any helpdesk feature is also not verified based on zero reviews. Ultimately, the choice between the two hinges on risk tolerance and the importance of social media integration. CB: Social Media Inbox+Support offers a more established presence, while Zimply presents an unknown quantity with no available data for comparison.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a solution to manage social media customer interactions within a unified helpdesk environment, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support appears to be the safer and more reasonable choice. The positive user reviews, though limited, provide some validation of its capabilities. The app's name strongly suggests a focus on social media integration, which could be a significant advantage for businesses relying on these platforms for customer engagement.
Zimply, with its complete lack of reviews and information, represents a high-risk option. While it may potentially offer valuable features, there's no way to ascertain its quality or suitability for specific needs. Unless the merchant is particularly adventurous and willing to gamble on an unproven app, CB: Social Media Inbox+Support is the recommended choice based on the available data.
