Our Verdict
CBB Keep & Share Your Cart is ideal for merchants prioritizing brand awareness and new customer acquisition through social sharing. Its ease of installation and compatibility with various themes make it appealing to businesses of all sizes that want to leverage their existing customers' networks. However, the limited number of reviews is a point to consider. WBL ‑ Prime Membership Pro suits merchants focused on building long-term customer relationships and increasing repeat business. Although it currently lacks reviews, its focus on customizable membership tiers and exclusive perks could be valuable for established businesses with a loyal customer base aiming for further engagement and retention. If building customer relationships is the ultimate goal, WBL is the better choice, assuming the app functions as described.
Common Questions
What are the key differences in functionality between these two apps?
CBB focuses on allowing customers to share their carts on social media to attract new customers, while WBL concentrates on creating membership programs with exclusive benefits to retain existing customers.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the descriptions, CBB is likely easier to set up due to its 'one-click installation' and no coding requirement, whereas WBL might involve more configuration to set up membership tiers and discounts.
Which app is better for increasing sales?
Both apps *aim* to increase sales, but through different mechanisms. CBB aims for viral marketing and new customer acquisition, while WBL targets repeat purchases from existing members. The better app depends on the merchant's goals.
Are there any risks associated with using either app?
