Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing real-time customer support and wanting to offer immediate assistance via WhatsApp, CC: WhatsApp Chat Button live could be a potential solution, *however*, the lack of reviews raises serious concerns about its reliability and functionality. Given the 0-star rating and zero reviews, it's highly risky to recommend this app currently. In contrast, Rapid Reviews is ideal for merchants aiming to build social proof and improve product discoverability through customer reviews and ratings. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest it's a reliable and effective solution for gathering customer feedback and increasing purchase confidence. Unless the WhatsApp app gains substantial positive reviews, Rapid Reviews is the clear winner.
