If a merchant already leverages or intends to leverage Amazon's MCF for warehousing and shipping, then CedCommerce MCF Connector is the clear choice. Its automatic synchronization and streamlined management with Amazon's services make it a highly efficient option. Ultimately, PULPO WMS is better for businesses that desire control over branding and the entire fulfillment experience.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up initially?
CedCommerce MCF Connector likely offers simpler initial setup for merchants already familiar with Amazon MCF, due to its focus on direct integration. PULPO WMS, while offering a no-code wizard, requires initial mapping of your warehouse which can take more time.
Which app provides more control over the shipping process?
PULPO WMS provides significantly more control over the shipping process, as it manages fulfillment from your own warehouse. CedCommerce MCF Connector relies on Amazon's shipping methods and speeds, limiting direct control.
Which app is better for handling complex product bundles?
CedCommerce MCF Connector explicitly states support for virtually bundling Shopify products with MCF products within the app, giving it an advantage in this area. PULPO WMS makes no direct mention of this functionality.
Which app is more suited for merchants with strict branding requirements?
While CedCommerce MCF Connector offers a Blank Box feature, PULPO WMS offers merchants complete control over branding, as the merchant is shipping orders directly from their own warehouse.
Which app would be better for a high-volume Shopify store?
Both apps *could* handle high-volume, depending on the efficiency of the Amazon MCF in the case of CedCommerce, and the efficiency of the warehouse and staff utilizing PULPO. More information (like current order volume, size of warehouse, and amount of SKUs) would be required to give a definitive answer.
