Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with site search and aiming to improve product discovery and conversion through AI, Celebros AI Search & Discovery is the more relevant choice, assuming they can overcome the lack of user reviews and potentially higher complexity of implementation. However, the absence of reviews is a significant risk. If a merchant primarily needs to improve site navigation and user engagement with a simple and well-rated solution, Floatton is the better option. The positive reviews and straightforward functionality make it a low-risk, high-reward addition. Until Celebros gains more user feedback, Floatton offers a safer and more proven solution for its specific use case.
