Our Verdict
The choice between Celebros AI Search & Discovery and RT: Smooth Scroll To Top depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If a store struggles with product discovery or has a low conversion rate on searches, Celebros, despite its lack of current reviews, is worth investigating to see if the promise of AI-powered search is realized. However, the zero rating and lack of reviews are a major warning. RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is beneficial for stores with long pages or product descriptions, especially if the current theme lacks a built-in scroll-to-top function. The strong rating and reviews suggest it effectively addresses this need.
Common Questions
Are Celebros AI Search & Discovery and RT: Smooth Scroll To Top competing apps?
No. While both are in the 'Search and Navigation' category, they address completely different user problems. Celebros focuses on improved product search, while RT focuses on improving navigation on long pages.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is likely easier to set up, promising one-click installation. Celebros, with its AI and machine learning features, likely requires more configuration and learning.
Which app is more likely to directly increase sales?
Celebros AI Search & Discovery claims to increase conversion rates directly through improved search, making it potentially more effective at directly increasing sales, provided that the algorithms perform as advertised. The reviews give no indication on the performance, though.
If my Shopify theme already has a scroll-to-top button, do I need RT: Smooth Scroll To Top?
Probably not. The description states that RT: Smooth Scroll To Top is designed for themes that *don't* have a built-in scroll-to-top function. You may consider it if you want greater customization of the button.
What does "Semantic Site Search" mean in Celebros?
According to the description, it means the search understands the *meaning* of the words, determining which word is a product, attribute, or expression related to price. In theory, this would allow for more accurate results than simple keyword matching.
