Our Verdict
ReviewsYard — Product Reviews, with its higher rating and significantly more reviews, is the safer bet for merchants primarily interested in collecting and displaying product-specific reviews and automating the entire process. Its focus on post-purchase email requests and incentives streamlines the review collection process. Centous ‑ Testimony Reviews might be a better fit for businesses that need more control over the type of testimonials collected, want to collect broader, non-product-specific feedback, or require flexible display options. However, merchants should be wary of the low review count and lower rating on Centous compared to ReviewsYard and proceed with caution or test thoroughly before committing.
