In 2026, when choosing between Cha‑Ching: Order Notifications and Order Management — Trackeasy for staff notifications on Shopify, the latter, Trackeasy, clearly presents a stronger, more defined value proposition. Trackeasy positions itself as a comprehensive order management solution, focusing on tracking order preparation and delivery processes for businesses like restaurants and warehouses. It boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 12 reviews, indicating user satisfaction. Cha-Ching, on the other hand, has no reviews, and thus no established reputation or demonstrated functionality. Our Verdict
Based on the available information in 2026, Order Management — Trackeasy is the clearly superior choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive order management solution. Its established positive reviews, clearly defined features such as multi-device compatibility and detailed order tracking, cater to businesses looking to streamline operations in sectors like restaurants and warehousing. The ability to handle multiple locations and users further enhances its suitability for larger or expanding businesses.
Cha‑Ching: Order Notifications, while potentially functional, lacks any evidence of its utility. Without reviews or detailed feature descriptions, it presents a significant risk for merchants. Unless a merchant is willing to be an early adopter and take a chance on an unproven app, Trackeasy offers a more reliable and feature-rich option for order management and staff notifications.
