Chaport: Live chat & Chatbot vs Ests Inquire Profor Shopify (2026)
Chaport: Live chat & Chatbot positions itself as a comprehensive, multi-channel customer communication platform, focusing on live chat, chatbots, and integrated support across various social media channels. It emphasizes automation and personalized support through visitor information and order details. In contrast, Ests Inquire Pro, based on the limited data available, appears to offer a more streamlined 'inquire' or support feature, possibly focused on a more specific type of inquiry or customer interaction. Chaport aims for broader support functionality, targeting merchants looking to actively engage with customers across multiple touchpoints, automate support processes, and improve conversions through real-time interaction and personalized offers. It's designed for merchants needing advanced support features, and chatbot automation, potentially at the expense of simplicity.

Our Verdict
Chaport: Live chat & Chatbot is more suitable for larger Shopify stores or those experiencing high customer inquiry volumes across multiple platforms. Its multi-channel support, chatbot automation, and visitor information features offer a robust solution for personalized customer engagement and conversion optimization. However, the lack of reviews is concerning. Ests Inquire Pro, while boasting a perfect rating, only has a single review, making it difficult to assess its true capabilities. It may be a better fit for smaller stores with simple support needs, prioritizing ease of use over advanced functionality. If you value an established support system with multiple channels and automation capabilities, Chaport is the obvious choice, but the merchant should proceed with caution due to lack of any user review. A merchant should try both apps (if free plans or trials are available) to make an informed decision.
