Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with chargebacks and looking for an automated solution to protect their revenue, Chargeback Agent ChargePay AI appears to be the better choice. Its AI-powered approach could save time and potentially recover significant funds. However, the low number of reviews suggests a newer app, so merchants should proceed with caution and closely monitor its performance.
SC Customer Tagging is ideal for merchants wanting to enhance their marketing efforts through personalized customer experiences. The higher number of reviews and perfect rating suggest a more established and reliable solution for customer segmentation and lifecycle management. If revenue loss due to chargebacks isn't a primary concern, but improving customer engagement is, SC Customer Tagging is the stronger recommendation.
