Our Verdict
Chargeback Specialist is the clear choice for high-volume stores needing help managing and recovering revenue lost from chargebacks. Its AI and human oversight offer a potentially robust solution for dispute resolution and chargeback prevention. The limited number of reviews (7) suggests newer adoption or a highly niche audience. RTOx Phone Verify & Limit COD is suitable for merchants heavily reliant on COD who are experiencing significant RTO problems due to fraudulent or incorrect orders. However, the complete lack of reviews makes it a riskier proposition. Merchants should consider their specific fraud challenges: chargebacks versus RTO/COD issues, when selecting between the two. Consider a trial period with each if available.
