ChargeDesk vs Relocate+ Order Editorfor Shopify (2026)
ChargeDesk and Relocate+ Order Editor, while both categorized under 'Helpdesk' in the Shopify app store, address fundamentally different aspects of customer support. ChargeDesk aims to integrate Shopify stores with existing helpdesk platforms like Zendesk and Freshdesk, enabling support staff to view order history, create new orders, and process refunds directly from within the helpdesk interface. This positions it as a tool for streamlining internal workflows and empowering support agents with greater control over customer billing. Relocate+ Order Editor, on the other hand, focuses on customer self-service, providing merchants with the tools to allow customers to directly edit their orders (addresses, products, etc.) within predefined rules. The core difference lies in their target users and approach. ChargeDesk targets merchants who already have a established helpdesk and want to improve the efficiency of their support teams by providing billing-related tools within their existing workflow. Relocate+ Order Editor targets merchants seeking to reduce support requests and improve customer satisfaction by empowering customers to manage their orders themselves. Relocate+ Order Editor also has a significantly better rating and more reviews, indicating higher user satisfaction and a proven track record compared to ChargeDesk which currently has no ratings or reviews.

Our Verdict
Relocate+ Order Editor appears to be the stronger option for merchants looking to immediately reduce support requests and empower their customers with self-service order editing capabilities. Its perfect rating and established user base suggest a reliable and effective solution. Merchants prioritizing internal support team efficiency and seamless integration with existing helpdesk platforms should consider ChargeDesk, but the absence of reviews introduces a significant risk, requiring careful evaluation and potential trial period usage. The lack of user feedback for ChargeDesk makes it difficult to assess its ease of use and effectiveness compared to Relocate+.
