Our Verdict
Chargeflow is ideal for merchants who are struggling with high chargeback rates and want to automate the dispute resolution process using AI-powered evidence. In contrast, MIDA: Heatmap, Replay Checkout targets merchants focused on optimizing their checkout process to improve conversions. By providing visual insights into customer behavior during checkout, it enables merchants to identify and address friction points, ultimately leading to increased sales.
