Common Questions
Does Chargeflow help increase sales, or only reduce losses?
Chargeflow primarily focuses on reducing losses by preventing fraud and recovering chargebacks. While it doesn't directly increase sales, protecting revenue from illegitimate chargebacks improves profitability, indirectly contributing to business growth.
Can Sort'd automatically merchandise products based on sales performance?
The description mentions 'Set & Forget Automations' and 'Analytics - Performance metrics'. Therefore, it's highly likely Sort'd offers automated sorting rules based on sales performance data, although the specific parameters of this automation are not detailed.
Which app is easier to use for someone with little technical experience?
Sort'd is likely easier to use due to its drag-and-drop interface and emphasis on visual merchandising. Chargeflow, with its AI-powered evidence submission and fraud prevention, probably requires a deeper understanding of chargeback processes and potentially more technical configuration.
Are both apps compatible with all Shopify themes?
The provided information does not mention theme compatibility. It's best practice to consult the app developers directly regarding theme compatibility to ensure smooth integration with your store.
If I have both high chargebacks and poorly organized collections, which app should I prioritize?
Prioritize Chargeflow. High chargebacks directly impact your revenue and business health. Addressing this with Chargeflow's prevention and recovery features will provide a more immediate and significant benefit. Once chargeback issues are under control, you can then focus on optimizing product presentation with Sort'd.
