Our Verdict
Chargeflow is ideal for merchants battling frequent and substantial chargebacks who need an automated solution to recover revenue and prevent future fraud. Its AI-driven approach and large merchant network provide a strong defense against illegitimate disputes. Zigpoll, on the other hand, is perfect for businesses prioritizing customer feedback to enhance their products, marketing strategies, and overall customer journey. Its no-code setup and seamless integrations make it a user-friendly option for gathering valuable insights. A merchant experiencing minimal chargebacks but looking to improve customer satisfaction would benefit far more from Zigpoll than Chargeflow, and vice versa.
