CHARGIFY Extra Fee vs Singleton | Advanced Discountsfor Shopify (2026)
CHARGIFY Extra Fee and Singleton | Advanced Discounts address pricing strategies on Shopify, but from opposite angles. CHARGIFY focuses on *increasing* revenue by adding surcharges to orders based on configurable rules, effectively passing on costs to the customer. It positions itself as a tool to manage store expenditures and potentially boost Average Order Value (AVO). Transparency is emphasized by displaying fees on the storefront. Singleton, on the other hand, is designed to *incentivize* purchases through discounts. Its features revolve around creating automatic or code-based promotions, including volume discounts and customer-segment-specific offers. Singleton aims to motivate customers to buy more by making discounts highly visible throughout the shopping experience. This contrast highlights a fundamental difference in approach: cost recovery versus sales generation.

Our Verdict
The choice between CHARGIFY Extra Fee and Singleton | Advanced Discounts hinges on a merchant's pricing philosophy and business needs. If the primary goal is to offset specific costs (e.g., handling fees, high shipping costs for certain zones) by passing them on to the customer, CHARGIFY is the more relevant option, assuming customers are accepting of such surcharges. However, the lower rating and fewer reviews should prompt caution. Singleton | Advanced Discounts is the better choice for merchants seeking to boost sales volume and customer loyalty through targeted discounts and promotions. Its high rating and larger number of reviews suggest greater user satisfaction and reliability.
