Our Verdict
charles, despite its low rating and limited reviews, offers a specific solution for businesses heavily invested in WhatsApp marketing and customer relationship management. If a merchant's strategy revolves around WhatsApp and they have the resources to implement automated flows, charles might be worth exploring, keeping in mind the current low rating. Selling Point is a clear winner for merchants migrating from other platforms to Shopify and needing a streamlined solution for gift card and store credit management. Its perfect rating and substantial number of reviews suggest high user satisfaction with its ease of use and effectiveness. For merchants not focused on WhatsApp marketing, Selling Point is not a relevant application.
