Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on providing quick and easy WhatsApp support without complex automation, ChatMe ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button may be a sufficient solution, assuming the lack of reviews is not a major concern. However, the minimal review count makes reliability uncertain. CRM PLUS on LINE is the better choice for merchants who actively use LINE to communicate with their customers and need a more robust CRM solution with automated messaging, customer segmentation, and integration with Shopify Flow. The higher review count provides more confidence in its functionality and support. The Shopify Plus requirement for LINE Login should also be considered when deciding.
Ultimately, the decision hinges on the merchant's preferred communication platform and their need for CRM functionalities. If LINE is a primary channel and automation is crucial, CRM PLUS on LINE is the clear winner. If a simple WhatsApp chat button is sufficient, and the merchant is comfortable with only one review, ChatMe ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button could suffice, although CRM PLUS on LINE offers considerably more functionality.
