Our Verdict
For merchants simply needing a basic WhatsApp chat button for customer support, ChatMe might suffice, assuming its functionality is reliable despite the limited reviews. However, merchants serious about using WhatsApp as a powerful marketing channel to drive sales, recover abandoned carts, and implement sophisticated customer journeys should strongly consider WAX. WAX's features, while potentially requiring more initial setup, offer a much higher return on investment for businesses looking to actively leverage WhatsApp marketing in 2026.
