Our Verdict
Chaty is the superior choice for merchants prioritizing direct customer engagement and sales conversion through readily available chat platforms. Its high rating and substantial review count suggest widespread user satisfaction and effectiveness. Merchants lacking coding knowledge or who prefer a simple solution to facilitate customer communication will benefit most from Chaty. Easy Custom CSS is only suitable for technically proficient users comfortable with CSS coding who require specific visual modifications beyond theme customization options. The app's low rating and few reviews suggest a lack of user satisfaction, making it a risky choice without a clear and defined need for its specific functionality.
