Our Verdict
For established businesses looking to leverage real-time customer engagement and improve sales through direct communication, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the clear winner, supported by its strong rating and numerous positive reviews. Its focus on providing a variety of chat channels is a significant advantage. However, for newer businesses or those operating in sectors where building trust is critical, Full Trust ‑Trust Accelerator might provide a strong advantage in instilling trust with uncertain first-time shoppers. Despite lacking ratings and reviews, its focus on showcasing trust factors could be invaluable in overcoming initial customer hesitations. In summary, established brands may strongly favor Chaty, but new brands should consider Full Trust if credibility is a primary concern. Remember though, lack of reviews poses a risk of unproven efficacy.
