Our Verdict
Chaty is the better choice for merchants who prioritize real-time customer interaction and want to offer support through various messaging apps. It's ideal for businesses that actively engage with customers via chat to close sales or answer inquiries. Google Customer Reviews Appio, on the other hand, is best suited for merchants seeking to boost their credibility and conversion rates by leveraging the power of Google Seller Ratings and customer reviews. While both apps are 5/5 rating, the reviews differential makes Chaty appear to be much more popular and tested app. If a store is already struggling with gaining new customers, the Google Reviews App might be better. If it's struggling with conversion, Chaty is better.
