Our Verdict
Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is a strong choice for merchants prioritizing direct customer engagement and lead generation through a wide range of messaging platforms. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest a positive user experience. However, MF Infinite Scroll Pro excels for stores with extensive product catalogs or blog content where improving the browsing experience and encouraging content discovery is crucial. Its simplicity and focus on page navigation could be preferred by less tech-savvy merchants or those focused on SEO and user engagement metrics like time on site. While Chaty has a superior rating, the choice depends entirely on the merchant's primary goals: communication or navigation.
