Our Verdict
Chaty is the clear choice for merchants looking to improve customer communication, generate leads, and increase sales through readily available chat options. Its extensive platform integrations and customization features make it a powerful tool for enhancing customer engagement. POWR: Live Weather Forecast, while potentially useful, serves a more niche purpose. It would only be valuable for stores where weather information is directly relevant to the products or services offered. The significant difference in review count also suggests Chaty is a more established and widely adopted app.
