Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants focused on providing exceptional customer service and leveraging direct communication for sales, Chaty is the better choice. Its focus on integrating various chat platforms simplifies the process of engaging with customers on their preferred channels. The higher number of reviews also suggests a larger user base and potentially more robust support.
However, if a merchant is looking for a broader suite of marketing tools to improve conversion rates and overall sales, Promote Me provides a more comprehensive solution. It's best suited for those willing to invest time in exploring and implementing various features. However, it's crucial to consider that fewer reviews could indicate a newer app or a smaller user base, potentially impacting the availability of community support and future development.
