Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing immediate customer engagement, enhanced customer support, and increased sales conversions through direct chat, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the better choice. Its wider array of communication channels and high rating (backed by a significant number of reviews) suggest a reliable and effective solution. It appears to focus on ease of use and immediate impact.
However, if a merchant's primary goal is to foster brand loyalty, increase mobile engagement, and reduce reliance on costly advertising by providing a dedicated mobile app experience, PWA - iOS & Android Mobile App is the preferred option. Although its rating is slightly lower and review count smaller, the core value proposition of creating a PWA and potential native app for increased visibility is appealing. It targets a longer-term strategy focused on customer retention via mobile.
