Our Verdict
If your primary focus is on actively engaging with customers, providing real-time support through various chat channels, and directly influencing sales through instant communication, Chaty is the better choice. It empowers you to handle customer queries and close sales directly through platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
However, if you're more concerned with building initial trust, reducing bounce rates by showcasing security, and passively reassuring customers during their browsing and checkout experience, SEOAnt is the more appropriate tool. It's a quick and easy way to enhance the perceived trustworthiness of your online store, especially for new or lesser-known brands.
