Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing immediate customer interaction and lead generation through popular messaging platforms, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the clear choice. Its wide range of supported chat apps and customization options make it a powerful tool for engaging customers and driving sales.
However, if the primary goal is to subtly enhance customer trust and security to reduce cart abandonment, Trust badges & icons ‑ ST may be considered. While its review count is significantly lower than Chaty's, the functionality it provides caters to a specific need: visually reinforcing store credibility. If your focus is more on passive trust signals than active communication, and you are an early adopter willing to test a new app, Trust badges & icons ‑ ST may offer value. However, Chaty is the more established and generally applicable choice for most merchants.
