Our Verdict
Chaty is the superior choice for merchants who want to provide immediate support, generate leads, and increase sales by making it easy for customers to contact them via their preferred chat channels. It is well suited for businesses that prioritize real-time engagement and see customer communication as a key driver of revenue. TrustedSite, on the other hand, is ideal for businesses, especially new or lesser-known brands, operating in industries where trust is paramount. It's beneficial for those experiencing high cart abandonment rates due to perceived security risks and is a strategic investment for long-term brand credibility. Ultimately, the better app depends on the merchant's specific needs and priorities.
