Our Verdict
Chaty is the better choice for merchants seeking to improve customer support, generate leads, and drive sales through direct communication channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other messaging apps. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest a positive user experience and effective functionality. Visual Merchandiser is suitable for merchants who prioritize the visual arrangement of their product collections and desire a drag-and-drop interface for merchandising. However, its low rating and limited reviews raise concerns about its reliability and user satisfaction. For most merchants in 2026, focusing on direct customer communication will likely yield higher returns, making Chaty the more impactful investment.
