CheckboxAssistant: Agree Terms vs eID ‑ MitID Aldersbekræftelsefor Shopify (2026)
CheckboxAssistant: Agree Terms and eID ‑ MitID Aldersbekræftelse are both 5-star rated Shopify apps in the Legal category, but they serve drastically different purposes. CheckboxAssistant focuses on general terms and conditions agreement acceptance, likely applicable to a wide range of merchants needing legal compliance regarding user agreements. eID ‑ MitID Aldersbekræftelse, on the other hand, is specifically designed for Danish merchants selling age-restricted products like alcohol and tobacco. The core difference lies in their functionality. CheckboxAssistant verifies agreement to terms, which is broad and applicable across industries. eID ‑ MitID Aldersbekræftelse uses the MitID system for secure age validation in accordance with Danish law (Lov nr 651 af 11/06/2024).
