Our Verdict
CheckboxAssistant: Agree Terms and UserWay Website Accessibility cater to distinct needs. CheckboxAssistant is ideal for merchants needing a simple solution for capturing agreement to terms and conditions, especially if positive user feedback is prioritized. UserWay is better suited for larger or more established businesses that are deeply concerned with accessibility, ADA/WCAG compliance, and expanding their customer base to include users with disabilities. However, the low rating should be considered, and investigation into the reasons behind the low score (e.g., complexity, bugs, customer support) would be necessary before committing to UserWay.
