Our Verdict
Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants seeking to boost AOV and conversions, due to its higher rating, significantly more reviews, and wider range of features applicable to the cart experience. Its code-free customization and focus on abandoned cart recovery also make it more accessible and valuable to a broader audience.
However, Checkout Bear could be a better fit for Shopify Plus stores specifically seeking deep checkout page customization options and who are comfortable with the level of customization required by the platform. If direct checkout page modifications are a high priority and the store is already on Shopify Plus, Checkout Bear provides features geared to that specific use case. But for general use and ease of adoption, Opus is the better recommendation.
