Our Verdict
Checkout Components | Upsell is the better choice for merchants primarily focused on increasing average order value through strategic upselling. Its comprehensive segmentation capabilities, integrations with popular review platforms, and onboarding support make it suitable for stores already seeing traction and looking to optimize their revenue streams. The higher number of reviews also suggests it's a more reliable and proven solution.
SupaElements: Custom Checkout is more appropriate for stores prioritizing brand experience and complete control over their checkout flow. If deep customization across all post-purchase pages (Checkout, Order Status, Thank You) is the primary goal, and you want the freedom to build a completely unique checkout experience, SupaElements' component-based approach and SupaActions might be a better fit. However, the limited number of reviews should be considered.
