Our Verdict
If a merchant is primarily looking to improve their overall checkout experience, increase AOV through upselling, build trust through social proof, and collect customer information, Checkout Plus is the better choice. It provides a holistic approach to checkout optimization. However, if a merchant's primary concern is complex shipping scenarios – needing to offer different shipping rates based on customer tags, product categories, delivery locations, or other specific conditions – Shipping Rates & Rule ‑ Shipfy is the superior solution. It provides the granular control needed to manage these intricate shipping requirements. Both appear to be well-regarded based on their ratings, but Shipping Rates & Rule ‑ Shipfy has more reviews suggesting wider adoption or longer use.
