Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on improving the general checkout experience and offering personalized delivery/payment options, Checkout ShipPay could be a suitable choice, especially if the 'dynamic conditions' and 'customer segments' are well-implemented. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. For merchants heavily reliant on Cash on Delivery (COD), WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form COD is the clear winner. Its suite of COD-specific features, coupled with positive user reviews, makes it the more reliable and comprehensive solution for managing and optimizing COD transactions.
Given the current data, WEBI ‑ LeadForm Order Form COD is the safer bet. While Checkout ShipPay might offer a more streamlined checkout customization experience in theory, the absence of user reviews and a perfect rating for WEBI suggests a higher level of customer satisfaction and proven functionality.
