Our Verdict
Choosing between Chokusai Forms and Mega Callback depends entirely on your business needs. If you are looking to improve your hiring process and need customized job application forms, Chokusai Forms, despite its lack of reviews, directly addresses this requirement. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. Mega Callback is ideal for merchants prioritizing customer engagement and sales. The positive reviews suggest a functional and beneficial app for facilitating callbacks.
Given the disparity in ratings and reviews, Mega Callback, despite its narrow focus, presents the safer choice for merchants prioritizing immediate customer service improvements and sales boosts. Chokusai Forms remains a viable option *if* your priority is hiring and you're willing to take a risk on an unproven app or the app receives positive reviews in the future.
