C:Hub Customer Accounts vs Easy Wholesale Lock for B2Bfor Shopify (2026)
C:Hub Customer Accounts and Easy Wholesale Lock for B2B, while both listed under Shopify's Customer Loyalty category, serve fundamentally different purposes. C:Hub focuses on enhancing the post-purchase customer experience by providing a customizable customer account portal. It aims to boost engagement and drive revenue by offering features like order tracking, profile management, reordering, and integration with other apps. Easy Wholesale Lock, on the other hand, is an access management tool primarily geared towards B2B merchants and those seeking to control who sees specific content or pricing on their store. Easy Wholesale Lock focuses on access control and price visibility, allowing for differential pricing and content display based on customer segments. While both contribute to customer loyalty in different ways, they target distinct needs: C:Hub for general customer engagement, and Easy Wholesale Lock for controlled access and B2B scenarios.
