Our Verdict
For a general e-commerce store looking to improve customer retention and engagement through a better customer account experience, C:Hub Customer Accounts is the clear choice. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and focus on customizability make it a compelling option. It also supports both old and new versions of Shopify customer accounts.
However, if your store primarily focuses on B2B sales and requires bulk ordering capabilities, Extend B2B Buying is the more suitable solution. The low review count is concerning, but the specific features, like CSV ordering and product tables, cater directly to the needs of B2B customers. The support from a Shopify Plus Partner also adds value for businesses managing complex B2B operations.
