C:Hub Customer Accounts vs Ninja apps: email changefor Shopify (2026)
C:Hub Customer Accounts and Ninja apps: email change are both listed under the 'Customer Loyalty - Other' category in the Shopify app store, but they serve vastly different purposes. C:Hub Customer Accounts aims to replace and enhance the default customer account experience on Shopify stores. Its core strength lies in its comprehensive suite of features that drive customer engagement and revenue through a customizable and centralized hub. In contrast, Ninja apps: email change is an extremely niche offering, seemingly focused solely on the functionality of email address modification within customer accounts. C:Hub provides a complete solution including profile management, order tracking, reordering capabilities, custom data fields for marketing, and integration with other Shopify apps. Given its high rating and significant number of reviews, it appears to be a well-regarded option for merchants seeking to improve customer retention. Ninja apps: email change, on the other hand, suffers from an extremely low rating and a very small number of reviews, suggesting either a poorly executed app or a very limited appeal.

Our Verdict
C:Hub Customer Accounts is clearly the superior choice for the vast majority of Shopify merchants looking to improve their customer account experience. It offers a wide range of features, strong customization options, and a proven track record of success, as evidenced by its high rating and numerous positive reviews.
Ninja apps: email change is difficult to recommend based on the available data. Its extremely low rating and minimal number of reviews raise serious concerns about its quality and usefulness. A merchant looking to enable customers to change their email might investigate other, more highly-rated options. It's possible this app fills a very specific niche, but its lack of positive feedback makes it risky to recommend.
