C:Hub Customer Accounts vs Ymq B2B Lock, Login & Passwordfor Shopify (2026)
C:Hub Customer Accounts focuses on enhancing the standard Shopify customer account experience, aiming to increase customer lifetime value through customization and added functionality. It positions itself as a comprehensive solution to replace the default customer accounts, offering features like order management, profile editing, and integration with other apps. It seems tailored for merchants looking to build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases with a feature-rich account experience, applicable to both Classic and new Shopify Customer Accounts. Ymq B2B Lock, Login & Password, on the other hand, appears to be specifically designed for B2B (business-to-business) merchants. While the description is missing, its name strongly suggests a focus on access control, secure logins, and potentially password management for B2B clients. This indicates a target audience of businesses that require restricted access and secure account management for their wholesale or business customers. The lack of detailed description makes its feature set harder to infer beyond its core login and access restriction capabilities. While both apps exist within the "Accounts and login" Shopify category, they cater to very distinct needs.

Our Verdict
C:Hub Customer Accounts is the superior choice for general Shopify merchants (B2C) seeking to improve customer engagement and increase sales through enhanced customer accounts. Its feature set is broader, offering a more complete solution for managing customer interactions within their account. The higher rating and more than double the number of reviews suggest greater user satisfaction and a more established track record.
However, Ymq B2B Lock, Login & Password is the clear choice for B2B merchants who need robust access control and secure login features for their business clients. While the lack of detailed information makes a full comparison difficult, its specialized focus on B2B security and login management addresses a very specific need that C:Hub Customer Accounts doesn't seem to prioritize. Therefore, the choice depends entirely on the merchant's business model and target audience.
