Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with offsetting the costs associated with Cash on Delivery and who require granular control over its availability based on cart value, location, or products, CI ‑ Cash On Delivery COD Fee offers a potential solution. However, the lack of reviews and zero rating are significant red flags.
In contrast, OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification is tailored for merchants struggling with high rates of fake COD orders and returns. The positive user reviews (albeit limited) and focus on order verification and customer communication make it a more compelling option for merchants prioritizing fraud prevention and customer satisfaction. Given the absence of positive feedback for CI ‑ Cash On Delivery COD Fee, OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification is generally the safer and more reliable choice, especially for businesses operating in regions prone to COD fraud.
